This document outlines the basic information about the Medical Department.
The Medical Department of the SCP Foundation is a collective of the highest-regarded doctors, nurses, and paramedics, following a saying within its parts: Primum non nocere. We dedicate to the wellbeing and safety of every Foundation personnel, from Class-D to The Administrator.
Pass an application for the Medical Department within the Application Center.
You can contact Medical Command by joining Paragon's main Discord server, creating a ticket in #open-a-ticket under "Department Tickets," and clicking the Medical Department option. You will then be prompted to fill out a pop-up. Please type as much relevant information as possible and attach evidence. Afterward, a member of the medical command will respond.

The Medical Department's job is to maintain the personal well-being of site personnel. This is achieved through appointments, such as checkups, or by attending to the wounded at the infirmary.
The Rank Hierarchy is counted as a Chain of Command as well as a guide of requirements for various promotions.
Central Command - Security Class 4

The director of the department, they oversee all of the Medical Department’s operations.

Board of Medicine 〢CAP: 4
The Board of Medicine is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Medical Department as well as its subdivisions.
Has shown resilience, dedication, integrity, and consistent activity whilst in their position as a Lead Physician.

Medium Command - Security Class 2

The second-lowest command rank within the department, these individuals have demonstrated the leadership skills necessary to assist in running the entire department. Lead Physicians are responsible for hosting trainings, issuing punishments, and ensuring the department operates smoothly.

Junior Command - Security Class 2

Senior Physicians are some of the most experienced members of the department and should be looked to for any questions regarding on-site operations.

Department Personnel - Security Class 1
Physician
Physicians are experienced members in their field within the Medical Department, they’re proven members of a subdivision, or have proven to be capable members of the department.

Has been in the department for two weeks.
Resident
Residents are the standard medical staff within the Medical Department. They are responsible for the heavy lifting of Medical Support within the department and tend to be the highest in number.

Nurse
Nurses are graduates of Medical School and are typically inexperienced in the field but have a grip of the department’s operations and know how to conduct them.

Entry Personnel - Security Class 0
Medical Student
Medical Students are entry-level members of the department who have just passed their applications. They will need to go through rigorous training to understand the essentials of the medical system, along with their general role on-site.
