This document outlines all regulations, procedures, and templates regarding the Psychology Certifications and their respective appointments.
The Practitioner Certification allows medical personnel to perform psychological duties on Class-D, foundation personnel, lore actors, or SCPs as outlined in the guidelines. Medical personnel of any rank work towards meeting the certification requirements, but the certification will only be given upon reaching the required rank.

Hold the rank of Resident+
Attend a Amnestic Laboratory Course
Attend a Psychology lesson.
Pass the Psychology certification exam with a 90%.
Certifications may be revoked at any time by the Medical Review Board or Detachment Overseer for any valid reason.
This section will cover all active regulations that psychologists must adhere to, as well as the corresponding punishments for non-compliance.
Psychologists are expected to comply with the Code of Ethics. [Infraction Varies]
Performing an appointment on a patient that does not meet the requirements for that appointment. [Light Infraction]
If an Actor does not want to answer a question, then the question is to be dropped. [Light Infraction]
Psychologists must remain courteous towards personnel or assets under their care. [Moderate Infraction]
Psychologists are expected to speak in proper language with full spelling, punctuation, and grammar when addressing anyone.
Breaches caused by any Psychologists are subject to investigation and punishment if found guilty.
Psychologists are expected to comply with any instructions issued by an actor. [Moderate Infraction]
This does not apply to requests that violate the Code of Ethics or Medical Department Guidelines.
Psychologists must not utilize medical tools to aggravate an actor without their consent. [Infraction Varies]
All events requiring SCP-049, SCP-035, or SCP-017 must be hosted in the presence of a member of Eta-9. [Infraction Varies]
When trailing an actor, a Psychologists must have an escort with them to enter restricted areas such as the CDCZ, ACH, or CR.
Psychologists must provide (and include evidence of) a medical disclaimer in any written reports as required, otherwise it will cause for an automatic failure, with possible disciplinary action. [Moderate Infraction]
Psychologists must not attempt to, or succeed in, hosting events above their certification grade. [Severe Infraction]
Psychologists are only allowed to use the following sentient SCPs for appointments. [Severe Infraction]

SCP-4966-RED and SCP-4966-RUBY are not available to be tested on.

All Lore Characters are available to request or may request a Psychologists for evaluation. Only permanent Lore Characters will be documented.
Sentient SCPs can also request to be evaluated by a Psychologists.
All infractions are discussed on a case-by-case basis. This means that you may receive a harsher or a more lenient punishment than what is outlined below, depending on the severity of your case.
Repetitive violations of the same or similar regulation(s) will result in a higher form of punishment.
All infractions of the same type are considered 'similar'. This means two Moderate Infractions may result in a Severe Infraction, and so on.
Actions not listed in the lists above may be deemed an infraction if approved by Medical Central Command.
This section outlines the regulations psychologists must follow on-site while using anesthetics.
Psychologists are expected to use chemicals properly and professionally. [Infraction Varies]
You must not use chemicals on yourself for fun; these are not a toy, they are a tool.
You may ONLY use related chemicals such as amnestics or variants of amnestics.
You MAY NEVER use the following chemicals:

Nurses may make chemicals under the following regulations; they may not administer anesthetics: [Moderate Infraction]
The Scientific Department is absent or otherwise occupied.
Breach is activated.
Only Resident+ with proper certification and training may apply and create amnestics. [Severe Infraction]
Medical Malpractice is not tolerated, and you will be punished for purposely overdosing or otherwise prescribing the wrong medication intentionally. [Severe Infraction]
You must follow all regulations and laws set by the Foundation, the Code of Ethics, and the Medical Department Code of Conduct. [Infraction Varies]
