Practitioners are expected to comply with the Code of Ethics. [Infraction Varies]
Practitioners must not neglect standard Medical Duties at any time. [Light Infraction]
This applies when there is an active site emergency or situation in which Medical Personnel are required.
Practitioners must remain courteous towards personnel or assets under their care. [Moderate Infraction]
Practitioners are expected to speak in proper language with full spelling, punctuation and grammar when addressing Sentient SCPs.
Breaches caused by any Practitioner are subject to investigation and punishment if found guilty.
Practitioners are expected to comply with any instructions issued by sentient SCPs. [Moderate Infraction]
This does not apply to requests to commit murder, assault or to malpractice.
Practitioners must not utilize medical tools to aggravate a SCP without the consent of the entity. [Severe Infraction]
All events requiring Sentient SCPs must be hosted in the presence of a member of the Military Police, or Eta-9. [Infraction Varies]
Practitioners must not attempt to, or succeed in hosting events above their certification grade. [Severe Infraction]
All infractions are discussed on a case by case. This means that you may receive a harsher, or a more lenient punishment than what is outlined below, depending on the severity of your case.
Repetitive violations of the same or a similar regulation(s) will result in a higher form of punishment.
All infractions of the same type are considered 'similar'. This means two Moderate Infractions may result in a Severe Infraction, and so on.
Actions not listed in the below lists may be deemed an infraction if approved by Medical Central Command.
Section 3 > Duties
Subsection 3.1 > Interaction Session
Practitioner Practitioner Certification+
The Interaction Session is an opportunity presented by the Medical Department to permit Foundation Personnel or D Class to engage with playful entities; select instances of SCP-131, select instances of SCP-4966 and entertainment options with SCP-2561, known lovingly by personnel as “Broadcast”, or any other cooperative SCP willing to interact with others.
Procedures
Practitioners should first communicate with the Anomaly Actors via the joint server.
Practitioners are then suggested to advertise an active interaction session within the radio or request for a maximum of 5 D Class, specifying the present anomalies and location of play.
An example of an advertisement in the radio:
For foundation personnel, “Attention all foundation personnel! SCP-131-CYN is present here at the Westwood Command Hall eager to meet and play with Foundation members! Come on down and have an enjoyable time with our sightly friend!”.
For D Class, “Requesting 5 CDs for playtime with SCP-131-CYN at the Westwood Command Hall”.
Briefly is an acceptable list for locations of play:
CR Entrance - Playpen
Sublevel 4 - Foundation Personnel spawn
Sublevel 4 - Westwood Command Hall
Sublevel 4 - Medical Sector
Sublevel 3 - Car-Park area
Sublevel 6 - Garden
Practitioners should rally all attending personnel, and deliver a short speech on the SCP, and pointers for safe and appropriate interactions with the SCPs.
This should be prepared and written in the document prior to announcing the event.
If at any time during the session that a participant is unruly, they must be reported to the Ethics Committee and removed by present combative forces.
Practitioners should then encourage Personnel to interact with the SCP.
The practitioner may set up a hide and seek match, tag, or any other acceptable event that wont disturb on-site activities.
The practitioner is expected to take photos or videos and document some interactions for future study using the template provided.
The information on the template is very easy to fill out and will only take 5-10 minutes.
Custom templates are permitted but must include all contents in the template.
Subsection 3.2 > Mental Health Checkup
Practitioner Certification+
The mental health checkup is an additional appointment a Practitioner can do. It comes with its own set of rules, guidelines, and rewards for completing a proper, acceptable checkup.
Procedures
Practitioners will first need to locate the patient of the checkup.
Acceptable patients are Lore Actors, sentient SCPs, anyone exposed to 035, Class-Ds, and individuals present in a Lore event or a breach.
If the patient is an anomaly, please make sure the required ETA is available and present for the checkup.
Take the patient to the offices in the medbay.
No spectators are allowed, apart from the required guards and other Practitioners
If the patient requests it specifically, the escorts may wait outside the door.
Follow the Mental Health Checkup template or make your own format, they should follow a similar structure.
Practitioners must always say the following during these events: "I am not a medical professional, any advice or information provided should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns."
Questions should relate to the mental toll their duties may have given them or any trauma they might have incurred being in the facility.
Each question asked is 1 credit each.
Practitioners are required to ask at least 5 questions but may not exceed 15.
If the patient is an anomaly actor or lore actor the practitioner may opt to do a personality test.
You may find personality tests on google.
Conclude the checkup by thanking the patient for joining.
Practitioners may prescribe for the patient to attend a Therapy Session.
Subsection 3.4 > SCP Interview
Practitioner Certification+
This sort of interview is important because it allows practitioners to fully analyze the behavior of anomalous entities while being flexible about what type of questions that may be asked.
Rules

Questions must be cleared with the attending ETA-9 prior to hosting.
The practitioner must apologize to the anomaly in the event it is angered.
An anomaly may only be angered twice before the interview is terminated
Procedures
The host will create a request for an actor and ETA-9 one hour prior to hosting.

Start the interview once the anomaly and ETA-9 are in the office.
You must ask at least three questions and no more than ten.
Begin by introducing yourself to the anomaly and taking a screenshot for evidence for the template.
Ask the anomaly any questions that will help you with analyzing their behavior.
You can give them scenarios to answer.
You can ask them their opinions on certain teams (e.g., D Class, the Security Department, and et cetra)
You can ask them their likes and dislikes or their opinions on certain subjects.
You may ask genuine questions that may anger them.

Follow the Therapy Session template or make your own format, they should follow a similar structure.
Subsection 3.6 > Trailing
Advanced Practitioner Certification
Trailing allows practitioners to follow a patient while they go about their daily tasks in order to gain better insight rather than actively testing or interviewing. The patient may display different emotions or do other activities that they wouldn’t do under a controlled environment.
Rules

The subject should not be aware they are being tailed.
In order to remain inconspicuous it is suggested you maintain distance or use the CCTV cameras near the outpost.

You may note down anything that relates to the SCPs (e.g., the way they interact with certain teams/individuals, their likes and dislikes, et cetra).
After 10 minutes the practitioner(s) may conclude the trailing and follow the template or create their own that follows a similar structure.
Subsection 3.7 > Psychological Profile
Advanced Practitioner Certification
Practitioners have the ability to create psychological profiles on anomalies or lore actors to provide to the scientific department or combatives. These documents will cover a variety of information regarding the subject, such as their likes and dislikes, their personalities, and things that can calm or agitate them. The profiles will be maintained on the medical department website, with new and significant information being added as they are discovered.
Procedures
Practitioners should first identify which subject they want to profile.
Only sentient SCPs or lore actors may be profiled.
Practitioners should perform research on the subject.
You may request any documentation from the Board of Internal Reviews regarding the subject.
You may perform any duty in order to find out information.
Practitioners should then follow the template or create another one which includes all specified sections.
There are suggestions on what to write under each field. Think outside the box and write what you think is right into those fields that would help people.
